The first step is the Fact Finding stage. This is where we speak to our customers and gather their thoughts, preferences and requirements for the ideal candidate.
Every shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Impiana Sebudi and we will assess their skills, experience and suitability for the job.
The next step is to schedule for a virtual interview with the employers and the selected candidates via phone call or virtual meet.
Once the selection is confirmed by the employers, we proceed to coordinate the necessary documents, approvals, visas and their arrival arrangements.
