Fact Finding
The first step is the Fact Finding stage. This is where we speak to our clients and gather their thoughts, preferences and requirements for the ideal candidate.
Shortlist & Interview
Every shortlisted candidate will be interviewed by Impiana Sebudi and we will assess their skills, experience and suitability for the job.
Client Interview
The next step is to schedule for an interview with the client and the final shortlisted candidates via phone call or video conferencing.
Application
Once the selection is confirmed by the client, we proceed to coordinate the necessary documents, approvals, visas and their arrival arrangements.
